Perfect place all in all, has supper friendly staff on the reception desk. Make sure you stay in the superior twin room with good lighting. There is an awesome restaurant for breakfast. It is well priced.

Really enjoyed its polite and amiable staff.
All the facilities were clean. The location was exceptional and a coach station was near the hotel.

The hotel was very professionally and efficiently run. Young Italian man at counter spoke to us in Italian which was very welcoming. The place made you feel special and it was really clean.

Location near Victoria Station, therefore easy access to underground & gatwick express; very nice breakfast buffet; nice fitness room included in the room rate; bed comfortable & room clean
Bit expensive but certainly due to the location

An incredibly beautiful and lovely hotel in London. Always courteous staff at the reception desk. - Unbeatable location close to a supermarket. - Friendly check-in process. - Easy access to a small clock tower.

We always choose this hotel when we stay in London as all staff are very friendly and we can expect a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
Unfortunately, we were disturbed 3 times by staff entering our room. The first being 2 cleaners at 7.50, who knocked and then proceeded to come into our room. We then had 2 further intrusions where staff came into our room. This happened the last time we stayed with you. We did report it on that occasion when we checked out. Having had this happen twice, perhaps you should make all housekeeping staff aware of your privacy policy.

We stayed in an Executive Room in June 2011 and the room was a good size compared to other London Hotels. Hotel is very handy to many and varied restaurants and a Sainsbury's Supermarket. Also only a short walk to either Victoria Train or Coach Stations. We walked to the London Eye and Harrods from the Hotel - each taking about a half an hour of normal walking pace.

The room was very nice and spacious ,very clean, and in an excellent location .near to victoria bus and train station.
The breakfast was very expensive, and their was no imformation in the room about the gym sauna and steam room the only information was for the beauty salon and resturant for which you have to spend money

Room size is comparable to US hotels. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom updated and roomy. Hotel has all services you need: restaurant, bar, lounging area. Staff are very helpful (Danny the concierge was wonderful). Walking distance to many important attractions in London or to the Victoria rail & coach station.
